INTHEAIRNET DEMONSTRATES NEW  inTV™
INTERNATIONAL  AIRBORNE  TELEVISION  ANTENNA

MIAMI, FL (September 14, 2006) – Intheairnet LLC has demonstrated its new inTV™
International television antenna system during this years World Airline Entertainment Association
convention in Miami, Florida.

The new lightweight, low-profile antenna is designed to receive Ku band radio frequency (RF)
signals from satellite television providers around the world. It uses proprietary technology that
allows maximum signal reception while maintaining a small form factor. The antenna achieves a
25% improvement in gain over existing antennas.

“Following our success with our domestic television product, we are delighted to now be able
to offer all airlines a worldwide television solution.” said Michael Rogerson, CEO of Intheairnet LLC.
“We hope this demonstration shows intheairnet’s capability and commitment to providing leading-edge
entertainment solutions for our worldwide airline customers.”

The qualification antenna system hardware was shown to a number of key international airlines during
the WAEA show. The system hardware consists of the inTV™ antenna, antenna control unit (ACU),
and antenna decoder receiver (ADR). The ADR is populated with six receiver-decoder cards in a
4 MCU package. The equipment performed flawlessly and showed all six channels with a new level
of quality in reception.

The challenge with designing international television antennas and systems is the way different satellites
transmit RF waves within different regions. In addition, the television system must be able to seamlessly
switch from one satellite coverage area to another as the aircraft travels between international borders.
The new inTV™ system has been designed to meet all of these requirements.

Intheairnet’s inTV™ system is part of their new Sharkfin™ Entertainment System. Sharkfin™ is a
lightweight and powerful in-flight entertainment system that allows full audio-video on demand (AVOD),
shopping, moving map, shopping, games and more. The system is fully digital and allows hundreds of
passengers to simultaneously watch television and experience other media.

Intheairnet is continuing testing the new inTV™ antenna next month in the Middle East and Europe.
Their domestic television system is currently flying on Song™ Airlines and Virgin America™ and is
installed on over 60 aircraft.
